A source told the magazine, "With everything she's put her physique through - the surgery and the anxiety of [directing] this motion picture [unbroken] - she's truly opposing her specialist's requests and putting her existence in risk by not consuming or resting."
"She's far too slim at this moment," the source said. "It's truly making him insane. He's been letting her know for quite some time to quit starving herself, yet she simply doesn't tune in. It's absolutely lamentable that she doesn't deal with her health."
